Examples of topics coaching clients bring

Below is a list of topics that my clients have brought to their sessions. I often see similar themes arising but this list is by no means exhaustive and serves only as an example of areas in which coaching can help. A chemistry session is a great chance to chat to me and discuss any potential topics that you'd like to bring to coaching!

Wellbeing

Wellbeing coaching focuses around setting goals that can lead to improved mental, spiritual and physical health, which can in turn boost your self-esteem, positive emotions and sense of fulfilment. Connecting with your wellbeing aspirations, we work together to find your inner strengths and enhance your motivation, empowering you to work consistently towards your wellbeing goals.

Assertiveness &
Confidence

By taming that inner critic and using effective and assertive communication skills, you can use your talents to unlock your potential and set clear and attainable goals allowing you to reach peak performance in whatever field you apply yourself. Together we work to enhance your confidence to practice success.

Leadership

Leading others in a professional capacity  can be isolating and highly pressurised.  Coaching can help you identify your leadership goals, regain or strengthen your resilience and ultimately discover the joy in your job!

Parenting

Challenges in the relationship between you and your child can cause enormous stress within the family home. Divorce, separation or new relationships can be tricky to navigate. Understanding ways to build trusting, happy and loving relationships with your child can transform yours and your child's lives.

Relationships

Together we can enhance your connection to those around you by developing strategies for positive communication and conflict resolution. Deeper intimacy, rewarding friendships, healthy collaboration with colleagues and inter-marital connection is all possible through coaching and together we can uncover ways to maintain lasting and positive relationships at every level.

Creativity

Success in a creative domain requires self-confidence and resilience. Imposter Syndrome is a common and unwelcome experience for many creatives, contributing to blocks in creativity and fear of criticism. By examining those fears and using tools to enhance resilience, we can work together to break down subconscious barriers that are holding you back from reaching your true creative potential.
